One of the nicest and caring doctors I have ever met. I had a lot of anxiety before my son's operation. Dr Patel was able to provide reassurance and step-by-step details of the procedure. He took his time to listen to my concerns and put my mind at rest. From the moment my son was taken into theatre I was provided with regular feedback from Dr Patel. I honestly cannot thank him enough. I am so grateful that he was allocated to operate on my child, beyond a 100 percent satisfied by the service received. Mr Patel was excellent from start to finish, from first meeting he explained to us clearly what the operations entailed and the risks and put any worries we had at ease, as an anxiety sufferer I felt much more reassured knowing my little girl was in such caring hands. Mr Patel checked up on her post op and let us know how great it went and then again the following morning before discharge and also let us know if we wanted any advice or had any questions we could contact him 24/7 overnight before he'd visit the next morning. A lovely man who made a stressful and worrying time a much more pleasant experience. Thank you!

Doctor really helped to put my mind at ease about the surgery and I felt my son was in good hands. He came to see us promptly post surgery and informed us everything had gone well which was great to hear (we didn’t expect to hear anything so soon). The next morning he visited before 8am and kept us up to date with my sons progress and when we could go home. This was much appreciated.
